Kashmir is siad to be a pradice on earth.Some call it heaven and others call it jealously as the swezerland of Asia.Whatever the climate is cold and rains are not as frequent as in EU.There it rains almost daily.This is why we do not have a cannal or other irrigation system over there.We have almost rainfed irrigation or the stored water irrigation system operative in the EU.Kashmir too get heavy and rains and snow quite often.Most of rains come to us with floods,washing our fertile hilly belt and turning them baren.As here we are not discussing agriculture but the culture let me narrate an innoscent cultural change in the city of srinagar the heart of paradice.
THE RAINS
